Validation to be inactivated at Adjustment entities & not rolled up to Parent (TB-Webform data)

There are certain ADJ entities that are used exclusively for elimination and adjustment entries, and therefore no Trial Balance (TB) data is loaded into these entities.
The validation rule is defined as:
TB Data – Webform Data = 0
Since TB data is not available for the ADJ entities, the validation for these entities can never be cleared. As a result, the balances in the validation members roll up to 100_Consol, the top-most parent entity, causing the validation at the consolidated level to also be out by the same amount.
To address this issue, we have suggested overriding the validation for the ADJ entities and subsequently overriding it at the 100_Consol level to ensure that the validation is cleared appropriately.
