We would like to know if we have an option to add SOP's/Documentation link on Oracle Form

Hi All,

I would like to know if we have an option to add SOP's/Documentation link on Oracle Form. Example if a user is trying to process a Prepayment invoice in Oracle EBS and user is not aware of process, link on payables page should take user to Prepayment SOP/document.
