P6 Team Member Activities Often Missing

P6 Team Member V24.12

For some time, we've seen issues arise where users cannot see their assigned activity in Team Member. The fix is to change the status of the project and then set it back to Active. Then they can see the Activity in Team Member. I know our other group (using V22) has this same issue at times. I feel like there has to be something on our end causing it but not sure what that would be. Anybody else experience this?
