oracle ebs: quick select list returns "no rows found"

OK SO here is a puzzler for you guys…

I go into Oracle, do some shopping and xfer my cart to oracle.

everything is working so far,

NOW I want to select a Route List, I add a few characters like I have done MANY MANY times before…

hit enter or the "Spy glass", another window pops up with all the selections matched with the above characters

I make my selection then press select and the window then changes and in the selection window it says "No Rows Found"

there has to be something in the user's profile that becomes corrupt, it is only on this one PC and one User.
