Unable to create Ship To Site Use for same Location but different address

Hi,

We have Customer Account having single Bill To and multiple Ship To's. Ship To is created on the fly for each Customer when we receive PO

We are using R12.2.9 on premise. In this version, these is no problem creating Ship To site use with same location name with same or different address using hz_cust_account_site_v2pub.create_cust_site_use

Site Usage Message Data : Location already exists for this business purpose and customer.
Site Usage record created successfully.
