After applying a Patch 39638182: WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 14.1.1.0.260625, my services are not coming up

in Oracle Weblogic Server (MOSC) 1 comment

I have below patches before applying the latest(396381182).

OPatch/opatch version
OPatch Version: 13.9.4.2.18

OPatch succeeded.

Post upgrade, the opatch list is like below

OPatch succeeded.

Post this i restarted my services, it not coming up. do i need to do anything for

37140343

36723262

and just rollback of 39638182,things working fine. Any clue?
