Does Oracle EBS OPM include misc receipt transaction with zero unit cost into actual cost?

in Process Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi all,

I would like to get your advice in terms of this system behavior which is does Oracle EBS OPM Actual Costing include miscellaneous receipt transactions with a unit cost of zero when calculating item cost — i.e., are they treated as owned (cost-contributing) transactions?
