Does Oracle Support no longer offer Chinese language services?

UDoes Oracle Support no longer offer Chinese language services?
The customer service hotline no longer has a Chinese language option, so I can’t reach an engineer through customer service in Chinese.
When having an OWC with engineers, they also can’t provide the same Chinese translation services as before.
Why is that?
