Premium Comp time rate adjustment for Add Pay

We are trying to utilize FLSA setup to do the overtime rate adjustment when there is Add Pay. It is working for standard Overtime (taking FLSA rate if weekly hours exceeds 40) but is not working for Premium Comp time. How do you guys handle the rate adjustment for Add Pay? Any suggestions or documentation on this would be helpful.
