Few users are complaining after selecting value from LOV on the OAF page not accepted by the field

Few users are complaining after selecting value from LOV on the OAF page not accepted by the field and it return empty field but when copy the value and directly paste it and tab out, field accept the value.

This issue is limited to handful people only it's working for others so there is no LOV or page or value issue.

EBS Version is 12.2.9
