Supplemental Life Insurance Enrollment

Is there a way to configure the system to prevent employees from enrolling in Supplemental Spousal Life (plan type 28) and/or Dependent Life (plan type 25) coverage unless they also elect Supplemental Life coverage for themselves during OE, LE, or New Hire enrollment? Currently when employees enroll in either of those plans without being enrolled in Supp Life (plan type 21), the system allows it and it's a manual effort to catch this.

We are on Psoft 9.20.051 ptools 8.61.19.
