Oracle Forms 14.1.2.0.0 + Jan 2026 CPU em unable to logon , error /em/faces/helppages/errorPage.jspx

Hi all,

I'm on Forms 14.1.2.0.0 + January 2026 CPU and today my EM is no longer working. It has been running reliably for several months until today.

It hangs after I enter username and password.

with page http://hostname:7001/em/faces/helppages/errorPage.jspx

Based on Oracle support docs , I have tried replacing hostname with various other options : hostname, hostname.domain.com , localhost, IP 4 address. None work. I have tried Edge,Chrome and Firefox

I have tried restarting Forms . rebooting the VM etc without success.

Can anyone advise please?
