Is anyone else having an issue with managers being assigned offboarding activity guide?

With the move to PUM 55 tools 8.62.09, we have an issue with managers not being assigned the offboarding activity guide. It seems that the assignee on the offboarding activity catalog was changed the assignee method from getManagerId to getAccessType. The logs show "Too many parameters given to method getAccessType of object class HR_OFB_CONTROLLER:Utility:Manager. (180,225) AGC_PROCESS_AG.ActivityGuideCreation.OnExecute Name:SetStepSecurity PCPC:25335 Statement:365". If I update the assignee method back to getManagerId it works correctly. Is anyone else having this issue?
