Server Manager TLS Configuration - Why One SMC Uses TLSv1.3 and Another Uses TLSv1.2?

Hello CNC experts,

I am trying to understand how Server Manager determines the TLS protocol version used by agents and managed instances.

SMC001

SMC001 manages: Enterprise Servers, JAS Servers BSSV Servers

I generated a self-signed certificate using Java 8u471, uploaded the keystore and certificate through Server Manager TLS Configuration Settings, validated the configuration, and applied it.

After the TLS configuration was applied, the agents and managed instances updated successfully and the agent.properties files show:

agent.jdk.tls.client.protocols=TLSv1.3

Everything is working normally.

SMC002

SMC002 is a separate Server Manager Console used only for Front end AIS Servers

Howdy, Stranger!
