Oracle R12 – Enable Contract Procurement for only one operating unit

We have two Operating Units in our Oracle R12 instance. When we enable the Contract Procurement module, it gets enabled for both Operating Units.

We also have the Sourcing module enabled. As a result, the Contract tab is visible on the RFQ page for both Operating Units.

Our requirement is to enable Contract Procurement functionality for only one Operating Unit, while keeping it disabled for the other.

How can we achieve this in Oracle R12?
