How to add additional text along with Approval Reason in the Submit for Approval Pop-up

in CRM On Demand - Administration (MOSC) Question

In JET UI, with the help of CSS, we were able to show additional text/comments in the pop-up that appears on Submit & Approvals (request_approvals action. However the same css is not working in the Redwood UI.

How can we accomplish the same in Redwood?

Also, Can we change the Node Name conditionally in the pop-up?
Attached a sample JetUi snap as well for reference.
