APP|VER security

Hi, in JDE, an application like P4210 runs through a version; this version can have a defined Data Selection, query, and also some type of Row Sec security (4) per MCU-Business Unit for a company?

I understand that there is security for the user/role, but I don't know how the version security works., how do I configure it or how can I view the security settings in the APP|VER?
