Patch 39683721 Conflict

Hello,

We are having problems installing the new stack patch bundle: Patch 39683721: WLS STACK PATCH BUNDLE 12.2.1.4.260703.

It is reporting a conflic with patches 32720458 and 39487427. How an we resolve this issue?
