The DBSNMP schema is locking up across three instances, all exhibiting the same symptom.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue as me? Since yesterday, I have started seeing locks on the DBSNMP schema across three instances on the same Oracle RAC cluster, where the monitoring agent version is agent RU 13.5.0.32 . The OEM release is 13.5.0.32

When the query that detects locks is executed, it returns:

   INST_ID SID SERIAL# USERNAME STATUS SQL_ID PREV_SQL_ID EVENT SECONDS_IN_WAIT BLOCKING_INSTANCE

Howdy, Stranger!
