US Statutory Information Slow to Open

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

We have on premise EBS 12.2. When we open the US statutory information it is slow to open. The Canadian version of the form opens up instantaneously. We tried applying the following patches but we are still not seeing any performance improvements:

Patch 39098566:R12.PAY.C
Patch 39559172:R12.PAY.C
Patch 38114694:R12.PAY.C

Is anyone aware of any concurrent jobs that can be run to either rebuild the indexes or improve the performance.
