We are attempting to patch our OBI instance. However we are getting an Error when we try to execute the SPBAT

[08/13/2026 14:43:47] - [ERROR] - OBI component D:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\inventory\Components\oracle.bi.publisher\12.2.1.4.0 is not present in environment

Has anyone run into to this and how did you resolve it?
