Applying FMW patch 39597055 causes FR Web Studio to not work correctly

After applying this patch, FR Studio does not work correctly: it is not possible to execute any of the right click options in a grid within a Report. So, for example, Cut, Copy, Paste, Delete, Insert, etc, do not work. No errors appear, but clicking on any of these options does nothing.
