Errors after upgrading to 24AI: The J2EE Application is down

I have an OEM 24AI, Release 11 with the latest patches for July CPU applied. The repository is an Oracle enterprise edition database 19.32 both, the OEM and the repository, are running on OS RedHat9 enterprise edition.

The OEM runs well and helps with the db monitoring as expected but ever since the upgrade I have had the following errors- I am copying some lines as there are over 53 messages generated each time this fails:
