Clarification on PeopleSoft Tax Update 26-C Release Date and Bug IDs

Hello Oracle Support,

We are planning our Q3/Q4 2026 system payroll testing windows. Could you please confirm the definitive target publication date for Tax Update 26-C?Additionally:

  1. Will the master 26-C update require a full application of HCM PUM Image 56, or will a standalone PRP be made available earlier for selective adoption?
  2. Is there a master Tracking Bug or Document ID we can follow to review the forthcoming legislative payload?

Environment: PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, PeopleTools 8.62
