Cannot edit Content Items in Template

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

I'm trying to replace an image file of a Content Items in Invoice template. The new image file are similar file size (old one is 2 KB and new one is 3 KB) and same file type (gif). The new file located to the same directory with the old one.

However, when I uploaded the new gif file to the Content Item, when I preview, the same spot is blank instead of showing the new logo.

I used Inspection to check the website, and the Console shows the error "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not found)". l copied the URL with the new image file, the same error shows. However, when I switch to the previous image file, it works.
