Quick Search stopped working in Oracle Receivables 12.1.3

Quick Search functionality stopped working in Oracle Receivables . What could be the reason and how to fix. Thanks.

Details:

  • it stopped working on Accounting search for GL Account segments on Business Purposes tab of the customer site
  • it stopped working on Collector search on Profile tab of the customer site

For some users all is working. Even it is working from the affected users sessions on the computers of non-affected users (me for example). It works on my computer regardless the Oracle session. Some computer setting/policy. Please help.
