Siebel active session timeout is defaulting to 15 mins even if it has been increased to 20 mins

In our Siebel IP 26.4 the Active sesion timeout is set to 1200 secs and even added

"Method to Check Server Availability" may have some values, such as "UpdatePrefMsg" on AI profile and submitted.

Then logged onto Siebel app and leave it idle then in 15 mins its signing out after popping the 1 minute idle session out message.

Please let me know if I'm missing anything and need to set it anywhere else.
