Refresh Bom/Routing of Open Lot Based Jobs overwriting Schedule completion date.

Oracle EBS R12.2.13

We have one requirement where we want to retain planner's update schedule completion date but each time after update Refresh Bom/Routing of Open Lot Based Jobs is overwriting dates.

Is there any option via which I can prevent this overwriting.
