Reason Code Authorization Not Restricting Access to Assigned Groups

We tested the Reason Code Assignment to Groups functionality available in the Redwood Mobile Reason Code screen.

Based on the documentation, reason codes can be assigned to specific user groups to improve control and ensure that only authorized groups can use designated reason codes.

Steps Performed

1. Navigated to Reason Codes in Redwood UI.
2. Selected a reason code.
3. Used More Actions → Assign to Groups.
4. Assigned the reason code to a specific user group.
5. Saved the configuration.
6. Logged in with a user belonging to the assigned group.

Expected Behavior

The user should only be able to view and use the reason codes assigned to their group, while reason codes assigned to other groups should not be available.
