How to prevent multiple lots in a single carton in F4620 when Std Pack is setup and using WMS

I admit I don't know WMS as well as I should but I have a complaint from the user group that the Carton Detail puts multiple lots for the same item in a single carton. The customer we ship to does not allow multiple lots for an inner carton. How can I prevent JDE from mixing lots. Our ship station is spending a lot of time moving lots out of cartons and creating new carton detail for every shipment.

Example: Item A has standard pack of 100. Customer orders 200. We have 150 of lot 1 and 50 of lot 2. We need 3 cartons: carton 1 for lot 1 for 100, carton 2 for lot 1 for 50 and carton 3 for lot 2 of 50. Can we configure somewhere in JDE to build the carton detail in this manner? Any document numbers/knowledge articles you can reference will be appreciated and reviewed. Thank you!
