Identify if Off-Cycle Pages Unconfirmed message on PAY036 is a warning or fatal message to confirm

During our July monthly payroll confirm processing, I ran PAY036 and received message error "Off-Cycle Pages Unconfirmed" for 4 different pages. Our business process has always been to UNSHEET these off-cycle pages and re-enter after we run the monthly confirm. I'm wondering if that is necessary or not.

I am also trying to determine why we get these messages for our Monthly On-cycle processing, and not for our Bi-weekly, and I've been trying to dig into PAY036 to determine that. Here is information about the on-cycles vs off if anyone can help me.

Monthly on-cycle MGP was being confirmed on Tuesday 7/21 (pay end date 7/31). 4 messages on PAY036 for off-cycle pages unconfirmed with pay end dt 7/30. Our business process is to unsheet these before we confirm the monthly payroll (is that necessary)?
