Ohio Locality Tax being taken on employee's paycheck at rate of a past dated row

Hello all - we were recently made aware that the correct amount of an Ohio locality tax has not been taken on an employee’s regular paycheck since when this locality was first included with PPE 10/15/23. The system is taking the amount from an old row of data at .010 when it should be taking the most current row, which is .0112. The only time the correct amount comes out is on the off-cycle bonus payroll. Can anyone provide direction on how to address this?
