SOA Rest API Call throws unexpected response

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

EBS 12.2.10

Database 19c (19.18.0.0.0)

I am calling a custom rest api till yesterday it was working fine (Production environment) but suddenly it stopped working and threw below error in postman. No changes done in system (patching, change in procedure etc) further I would like to mention api procedure writes data in a custom which is also fine. In every call it purges data from table and writes fresh data in table. Only issue is api response which is now not appearing.
