Upgrade to 26ai

Hi Team,

We are currently evaluating an upgrade of our Oracle Database environment from Oracle Database 19c to Oracle Database 26ai.

Our team has experience administering Oracle 19c but has limited exposure to Oracle 26ai, we would like to understand the operational and administrative changes that may impact our day-to-day database administration activities after the upgrade.

What are the major differences in database administration between Oracle Database 19c and Oracle Database 26ai?

Database Operations

Will there be any changes in the way we perform:
Database startup and shutdown
Backup and recovery (RMAN)
Data Pump exports/imports
User and role management
