11.2.26 - A "Forbidden" error occurred communicating with the server.

Hi,
The environment (Windows, Oracle DB) has been upgraded to 11.2.26 from 11.2.25.
Attempting to open the application results in A "Forbidden" error occurred communicating with the server.
From log:
<Error> <Class Loaders> <BEA-2162500> <Class, org.apache.axis2.databinding.ADBDataSource, was compiled with an incompatible version of Java. Ensure that all the classes needed by the application have been compiled with a compatible java version. java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: org/apache/axis2/databinding/ADBDataSource has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 55.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 52.0
