Patch 39459519: ORACLE APPLICATIONS RELEASE 12.2: CPU PATCH FOR JULY 2026

Hello,

Does anyone came across known issues with this patch? We are on R12.2.5.

I am looking for related to SCM related for BOM/Costing.

Patch 39459519 - Looks like this patch is introducing / changing many files other than AD and FND.
