How to use Child Portfolios in Budget Planning in OPC?

in Oracle Primavera Cloud (MOSC) Question

I am seeking assistance in the use of Child Portfolios when doing budget planning. I have a parent portfolio with a number of child portfolios included in it. I would like to be able to see the child portfolio budget plans rolled up into the parent portfolio budget plan. At the moment I am unable to see the child portfolio or the projects included in the child portfolio when reviewing the parent portfolio budget planning page. Is there a way to roll up child portfolios into a parent portfolio (similar to how programs can be rolled
