Oracle 19c Linux x86-64 – MRP 39834034 installed, but security scanner reports it as missing

We are running Oracle Database 19c Standard Edition 2 on Linux x86-64, currently at RU 19.32.0.0.260721.

We installed the August 2026 Database MRP 39834034 (19.32.0.0.260818).

Oracle MRP 39834034 contains:

  • 39661089
  • 39750798
  • 39779336

opatch lspatches shows all three fixes as installed:

39661089
39750798
39779336

The RU and OJVM patches are also installed:

39472050 – Database RU 19.32
39222882 – OJVM RU 19.32

datapatch -verbose completes successfully and reports no pending SQL patches.

However, Tenable Plugin 338071 v1.3 reports:

Installed version: 19.32.0.0.260721
Fixed version: 19.32.0.0.260818
Missing patch: 39834034

Question: Is it expected that MRP 39834034 itself does not appear as a separate patch ID in DBA_REGISTRY_SQLPATCH and that its component fixes are instead recorded in the Oracle Inventory?

Can Oracle confirm that, when 39661089, 39750798 and 39779336 are installed, the security content of MRP 39834034 is considered installed even though
