reported vulnerability (CVE-2026-21962) on OHS

in Oracle Weblogic Server (MOSC)

Hi Team,

to remediate reported vulnerability (CVE-2026-21962) on OHS , we need to apply Patch 38856415. However, this patch requires weblogic ( forms and reports ) upgrade to 12.2.1.19 ( from 12.2.1.4) as a prerequisite.

is it mandatory to upgrade? don't we have any alternative or work around. Please suggest.
