BI Publisher Reports called from Oracle Forms always fail after apply August 2026 CSPU
Since applying the August 2026 CSPU, BI Publisher report calls from Oracle Forms always fail.
My environment
OS – Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 (4.18.0-553.151.1.el8_10.x86_64)
Oracle Forms – 14.1.2.0
Oracle Analytics Server – 26.01.0.0.0
I applied all patches to both the Forms and BI servers from the August 2026 CSPU and started getting errors when running reports. The Forms diagnostic log contains the following (I changed the url for the OAS server in the log messages to a generic name)
