Hi All,

We have an HA pair of legacy Acme Packet AP4600 SBCs running SCZ9.3.0 Patch 2 (Build 98) with Lawful Intercept (LI) enabled.

We are planning to upgrade the systems to SCZ10.1.0p1.

Could you please confirm whether the following patch is the correct upgrade package for our AP4600 platform?

Patchset 39573217: Oracle Communications Session Border Controller SCZ10.1.0p1 - KVM

In addition, could you please confirm:

  1. Whether AP4600 hardware is fully supported with SCZ10.1.0p1.
  2. Whether a direct upgrade from SCZ9.3.0p2 to SCZ10.1.0p1 is supported, or if an intermediate software version is required.
  3. Whether there are any special requirements regarding LI licenses or LI configuration during the upgrade.
