Unable to clear cache from Orchestrator Studio -The user is not authorized to perform the operation.

We have setup the UDO for clearing cache from HTML instance. We are able to create cache from DV and PY however not able to create cache from TR environment.

Getting this meesage. I have verified the security is already in placed for the orchestrator which we are running. What could be the issue.

My ID also having enviroment access and role as well I m not able to find out where exactly the issue.
