Need inputs to modify the query

Hi All,

We are capturing the history information in the custom table. When we run the query for the entire year (using P_DATE_FROM and P_DATE_TO), it is taking considerable time to retrieve the data. Do you have any suggestions to optimize or modify the query? Additionally, we need to display the data in separate rows for each change.

I have attached a sample SQL query for your reference.
