EPMHFM-65580 Invalid file extension error creating a new application in fresh 11.2.24 environment

in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) (MOSC) Question

Hello Community!

I have a fresh 11.2.24 HFM installation. OHS as a web server.

And when I try to create a new HFM app (blank or from .per template) I get an error

Check that loading metadata has occurred and you have sufficient security rights.
