Issue with missing receipts from the receipts table P43121

Hello, what would be some instances where transaction wouldn't post in the receipt table?

System -JDE 9.2, Release 25 was applied mid-July this year.

Since then, when PO is updated to the receipt route some OP's intermittently are missing in the main receipt table. This isn't happening with all OP's just some intermittently hence unable to replicate & identify the reasons; PO is put into receipt route that's set up and the lot shows in availability screen and under column receipt routing and then next day it seems to be vanishing. Is there any reason why certain receipts would be missing from the P43121 table? And what would be the reason why transaction failed or wouldn't post in the receipt table?
