Item Organization Assignment Not Recognized in Attribute Group and Organization Items

in Inventory Items (APC/PLM/PIM) - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are receiving an error with an item setup where the item is assigned to multiple organizations. However, when the attribute group is selected, or when navigating directly to the Organization Items page, the application is not recognizing the existing organization assignments.

Item Details: <Item Number>
Organization Details: <Org 1>, <Org 2>, <Org 3>

The item has been verified as assigned to the above organizations, but the system does not recognize the assignment when accessing the attribute group or Organization Items.

Due to this, we are unable to proceed with the expected item maintenance activity.
