P12851 Depreciation Setup for Additional Company

Hi Team,

I am getting an error while setting up P12851 – Depreciation Rules for Company 200.

The depreciation setup is already configured in the system for Company 100 using Straight Line Depreciation. We need to use the same depreciation method for Company 200; however, the Salvage Value is different for Company 200.

When I try to create the same depreciation rule in P12851 for Company 200, I receive the error “Overlapping In-Service or Effective Date.”

Could you please advise how we can configure the depreciation setup for Company 200 with a different Salvage Value without affecting the existing setup for Company 100?

Please let me know the correct setup/process in
