hi,

If I have 2 SPARC T8-2 servers and on one of them I have an LDom with 16 cores running Oracle Database, then I need 8 Processor licenses for that LDom.

If I perform a switchover of this LDom to the other SPARC server, I also need 8 Processor licenses on that second server.

In total, this means 8 Processor licenses on each server.Or 10-day rule than i need only 8 licenses.
