FRM-92021 Oracle Forms 12.2.1.4 Unexpected error in Client Side Java code

Some of our production environment Forms Users are working with the application. Recently all sudden when busy working the application screen freezes and they are logged out from the application system. Later fresh login is initiated and they have to work.

The error is not specific to single forms screen but randomly across screens

Note:

No changes have been done to the forms server environment including changes to java changes in the server,changes to Forms web configuration
