Menu rebuilt executed automatically upon login

Hi,

We have an issue where a user logs in with a specific role and it automatically triggers the menu rebuilt for that role.

The message continues to process without the menu rebuild. How to stop this menu rebuild automatically upon login?

Our JDE version is 9.2.4.3. Thank you!
